I had so much fun shooting this interview and fashion show. A few days before Austin Fashion Week Carleen Nicole put on a benefit fashion show featuring local Austin designers, models and artists. Shooting live events is always quite challenging as there are no do-overs, you either get it or you don’t, and while I quite prefer a controlled environment there is so much to learn from filming in such a do-or-die scenario. It challenges you to figure out the composition, exposure and even the final edit sooner than normal. Enjoy the video and check out the talented Lola on her YouTube channel at the end of the video!
